The retirement income problem has perplexed the industry and participants; we think we’re ready to solve it.
We are looking for a Director of Retirement Partnerships to lead the expansion of retireSAVVI, our advanced retirement income and decumulation platform.

Record keepers and asset managers are struggling to help participants answer the question: "I have the savings, now how do I spend it safely?" While competitors offer generic "rules of thumb" or simple calculators, SAVVI uses robust mathematical optimization to solve for tax-efficiency, Social Security timing, and product allocation instantly. We turn complex financial engineering into a simple, actionable plan that drives asset retention and product adoption (managed accounts, in-plan annuities). We give participants peace of mind during their working years and a glidepath and confidence when they separate from service.
You will build the distribution highways that place retireSAVVI in front of millions of participants. Your goal is to foster formal partnerships with 401k/Retirement Plan Record Keepers, Asset Managers, and Annuity Providers, transforming them into active revenue engines.
What You’ll Do
You will own the channel strategy from "handshake to revenue." This is a hunter role focused on the retirement and wealth ecosystem.
- Identify & Secure: Leverage your existing network to identify, pitch, and contract with key partners (Record Keepers, WealthTech platforms, Asset Managers) who can white-label or embed retireSAVVI to enhance their participant experience.
- Land & Enable: Signing the deal is only the start. You will work with partner product and distribution teams to ensure they understand how SAVVI drives their core metrics—whether that is Rollover Capture, In-Plan Annuity adoption, or General Asset Retention/Growth.
- Technical Translation: You will act as the bridge between our technical team and the partner’s product team. You must be fluent in the language of Retirement Tech integrations (account aggregation, recordkeeping data feeds) to assess feasibility and scope.
- Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for the revenue number attached to these channels. You will monitor pipeline health, drive partner accountability, and expand the footprint within existing relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in the Retirement Industry, WealthTech, or Asset Management ecosystem, with at least 3 years specifically in Strategic Alliances or Institutional Sales.
- The Network: You have deep, active connections with decision-makers at Major Record Keepers (401k/403b), Asset Managers, or Annuity Providers. You know who to call to start a partnership conversation.
- The "Sell-Through" Skillset: Demonstrated track record of enabling partners. You understand the business models of your partners (e.g., AUM fees vs. SaaS fees) and know how to position SAVVI to align with their revenue goals.
- Technical Aptitude: You possess a functional understanding of the WealthTech stack. You are comfortable discussing API strategies and data security within the financial services and guidance context.
- Communication: Excellent ability to present complex quantitative value propositions to C-level executives and product leaders.
- Drive: Comfortable with a high level of activity, outbound prospecting, and travel to industry conferences.
