We are profitable, privately held, and led by a team of MIT-trained data scientists and mathematicians.As our sales team secures and scales major partnerships with HRIS platforms, Benefit Administrators, brokers and supplemental benefits carriers, we need a dedicated Implementation & Customer Success Manager to take the baton. You will be the face of SAVVI for new employers and brokers, guiding them through technical onboarding, ensuring a seamless launch of the SelectSmart platform, and managing the ongoing relationship to drive long-term adoption.

Your goal is to foster formal partnerships with supplemental benefits carriers, HRIS platforms, and Benefit Administrators, transforming them into active revenue engines.
