The Opportunity
SAVVI Financial is experiencing rapid growth with SelectSmart, our industry-leading decision support and financial guidance platform. We are profitable, privately held, and led by a team of MIT-trained data scientists and mathematicians.
As our sales team secures and scales major partnerships with HRIS platforms, Benefit Administrators, brokers and supplemental benefits carriers, we need a dedicated Implementation & Customer Success Manager to take the baton. You will be the face of SAVVI for new employers and brokers, guiding them through technical onboarding, ensuring a seamless launch of the SelectSmart platform, and managing the ongoing relationship to drive long-term adoption.
What You’ll Do
You will own the post-sale customer journey, acting as a project manager, technical translator, and configuration go-to for our partners and enterprise clients.
- Lead the Onboarding Process: Project manage the entire implementation lifecycle for SelectSmart from contract signature through Open Enrollment and beyond.
- Benefits & Technical Configuration: You will become well versed in our partner benefit ecosystems. You will collaborate with internal engineering and the client’s IT/HR teams to configure single sign-on (SSO), map secure eligibility/demographic file feeds, and ensure health plan designs, rates, and voluntary benefits are accurately reflected in the platform. You will serve as a point-person for updates or issues.
- Training & Enablement: Lead training sessions for HR administrators, broker partners, and carrier teams so they fully understand how to deploy and promote SelectSmart to their employee base.
- Drive Customer Success: Post-launch, you will transition into a trusted advisor. You will conduct regular business reviews, monitor employee utilization metrics during and after enrollment, gather product feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to expand the partnership.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current implementation process and build scalable workflows, documentation, and templates for future clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success for a benefits, HR Technology or similar firm.
- Benefits Expertise (Required): You have a strong, functional understanding of health insurance, voluntary/supplemental benefits, and overall employee benefits plan design.
- HRIS/BenAdmin Experience (Required): You have specific, hands-on experience implementing, integrating with, or managing Benefits Administration or HRIS systems (e.g., PlanSource, Benefitfocus, bswift, ADP, Workday, Alight, etc.).
- Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to manage technical software deployments. You understand the basics of APIs, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and secure file transfers (SFTP/EDI), and can confidently troubleshoot basic data mapping issues between a BenAdmin and a third-party tool.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously, especially under the strict deadlines of Open Enrollment seasons.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication. You can confidently lead a kickoff call with a VP of HR and then pivot to a tactical data-mapping discussion with an IT director.
